Community engagement, brand strategy, and executive thought leadership for organizations that need their people to actually believe what they're saying.

About
I help executives and organizations find the conversations worth joining and build the cult-like following that stays.
Hi! I'm a community, marketing, and culture strategist. I translate what audiences and employees actually feel into strategy organizations can act on. My work spans a 7M-member global community, national civic-education platforms, and independent media, always with the same throughline: build trust first, then build the program around it.
I've led executive thought leadership on stages including Davos, Cannes Lions, and SXSW, and built internal culture and DEI initiatives across media, advocacy, and nonprofit organizations.

Proof of Work
Equity in Civics Youth Fellowship

A national youth leadership program built from a single $750K grant, designed to put real civic power in the hands of the students most often left out of the conversation.
The situation: iCivics needed more than curriculum. It needed proof that civic education produces leaders, backed by a program structure funders and policymakers would actually trust.
What I built: End-to-end program design, from curriculum and media training to research methodology and coalition partnerships, turning one grant into a self-sustaining fellowship model.
The results:
-
$750K grant managed from launch to execution
-
5,000+ student voices embedded directly into national education policy conversations
-
A program structure other national civic organizations could replicate
What this means for you: If you need to prove a program is more than a line item in a budget, I build programs that hold up under funder scrutiny and community skepticism.

Power of the Pack
One of FQ's flagship conversation series, built to make hard topics (emotional intelligence, vulnerability in leadership, women in AI, money, workplace culture) land with a business audience instead of bouncing off them.
The situation: The FQ needed programming that could hold a 7M-member network's attention on subjects most corporate content treats as soft or risky.
What I built: A recurring series with its own voice and format, developed alongside two sister series (Algorithm for Equality, Generation Money) as part of the broader strategy that grew FQ's community 490% and generated 3.5B+ impressions overall.
The results:
-
Shorty Award, LinkedIn Presence Category Winner, 2024
-
Fast Company, Brands That Matter, 2024
-
5.3M+ impressions for Power of the Pack
What this means for you: If your organization is sitting on a message that isn't reaching anyone, I build formats that turn niche topics into award-winning content.

Work With Me
Organizations bring me in when the message isn't landing, the culture isn't holding, or a program needs to prove it's more than a line item in a budget. I translate what audiences and employees actually feel into strategy leadership can act on, then build the program around it.
I take on community and culture strategy, executive thought leadership, and brand strategy consulting, project-based or ongoing depending on scope.
If that's the problem you're solving for, tell me what's going on.
